Arijit (Bapi) DasGupta

President and Chief Executive Officer of Tredegar Corporation

Arijit (Bapi) DasGupta was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.

Dr. DasGupta also serves as President of Tredegar’s PE Films division, which he has led since 2015. He previously held various leadership roles for Tredegar’s PE Films business, including Vice President of the Surface Protection business. Prior to joining Tredegar in 2007, he held leadership positions in Johns Manville, Solutia (now Eastman) and Monsanto. Dr. DasGupta offers extensive leadership experience across global, customer-facing businesses specializing in engineered materials and value-added solutions.

Dr. DasGupta has a Ph.D. and Master of Science in polymer science from the University of Akron, Ohio, an Executive MBA from the Olin School of business at Washington University, St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Bombay, India.

Kevin C. Donnelly

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Kevin Donnelly was named Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tredegar Corporation effective January 1, 2025.

Mr. Donnelly had been Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 1, 2021.

Mr. Donnelly joined Tredegar in 2010 and served as its Associate General Counsel since 2013. Prior to joining Tredegar, Mr. Donnelly was an associate at Hunton & Williams LLP (now Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP). He received a B.A. degree from the University of Richmond and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

Carl Czarnick

Senior Vice President and General Manager of Bonnell Aluminum

Carl Czarnick was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Bonnell Aluminum on June 15th, 2026

Mr. Czarnik, who joined Bonnell in 2019 as Vice President of Operations, brings extensive operational and leadership experience to his new role. As Senior Vice President and General Manager, he will be responsible for Bonnell’s profit and loss performance, operational execution, and strategic direction. Prior to joining Bonnell, he served as Vice President of Operations at Gerdau Long Steel and Vice President of Human Resources for Gerdau North America. Mr. Czarnik served in the U.S. military from 1987 to 1994, including active duty during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and was honorably discharged as a Captain after earning the Army Commendation Medal for his distinguished service.

Susan Sweeney

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Dr. Susan Sweeney was named Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer on June 1, 2026.

Dr. Sweeney joined Tredegar in 2026. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Virginia Transformer Corporation from April 2025 to May 2026. Prior to that, Dr. Sweeney held leadership roles at EnPro and GGB Bearing Technology, where she served Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), VP Global Manufacturing and Division President with full P&L responsibility. Her career began at General Motors where she progressed through roles of increasing responsibility and was a Manufacturing Executive in Operations.

Dr. Sweeney serves on the Board of Directors of Miller Industries and is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University. Dr. Sweeney holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University, an MBA from the University of Detroit, and a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College.

Board of Directors

Chairman since January 2023.  Previously served as Chairman of the Board of Carpenter Technology Corporation (Carpenter), a manufacturer and distributor of cast/wrought and powder metal stainless steels and specialty alloys, from November 2009 until October 2020. Mr. Pratt served as Chapter Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a non-profit organization focused on improving boardroom governance, from 2007 until 2019. Also serves as a director of Anterix, Inc, a wireless communications company focused on commercializing spectrum assets. Director since 2014.

Cynthia Boiter has served as a member of Tredegar’s Board of Directors since 2026.

Ms. Boiter currently serves as Vice President/General Manager, Building Technologies at Dupont, a role she has held since May of 2026. She previously served as Executive Vice President and President of Milliken Chemical, the specialty chemicals division of Milliken & Company, from 2021 to 2025, and was a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Prior to that, she served as Chief Strategy Officer of Milliken & Company from 2019 to 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer of Milliken’s Chemical Division from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance, corporate development, and operational leadership roles at Eaton Corporation and MeadWestvaco.

Ms. Boiter previously served on the board of Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc., where she chaired the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Joe Haniford has served as a member of Tredegar’s Board of Directors since May 2026.

Mr. Haniford also currently serves as Chairperson of the Finance Committee of River Valley Health, a role he has held since July 2026. He previously served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of River Valley Health from July 2023 to July 2026. He also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Carpenter Technology Corporation from July 2015 to September 2023, where he was responsible for global operations and operational performance. Prior to Carpenter Technology, Mr. Haniford served as Chief Operating Officer of Heil Trailer International and EnTrans International. He began his career at Alcoa Inc., holding positions of increasing responsibility across operations and leadership roles.

Mr. Haniford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Retired, President of the Americas of Magnera Corporation. Prior to his role at Magnera, Mr. Parks served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations & Engineering for Berry Global, Inc. and in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and general management roles at Kimberly-Clark Professional, Polymer Group Inc. and AVINTIV Inc. Director since February 2026.

Retired, having served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, for Performance Food Group from 2015 to 2023. Prior to her role at Performance Food Group, Ms. Vlahcevic held financial leadership roles for organizations in the biotechnology, financial services, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. Director since January 2025.

Ana Dutra was elected to Tredegar Corporation’s Board of Directors in 2026. She brings more than 30 years of global executive, consulting and public company board experience across the technology, manufacturing, financial services, energy, e-commerce and other sectors.

Ms. Dutra currently serves as an independent director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation and CarParts.com. She has served on the boards of several other public companies, including CME Group, First Internet Bancorp, Eletrobras, Amyris and Harvest Health & Recreation. Her board committee experience includes audit, compensation, governance, risk, environmental, social and governance matters, and technology oversight. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dutra served as Chief Executive Officer of Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, where she led the growth of a global business operating across more than 25 countries. She also held senior executive and advisory positions with organizations including IBM, CSC, Accenture and Korn Ferry, with experience in global growth strategy, business transformation, technology integration and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Dutra holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a master’s degree in Microeconomics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor’s degree in Microeconomics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
