Women in Manufacturing (WiM)

In April 2024, Bonnell Aluminum sponsored a Women in Manufacturing event at its Niles, Michigan plant. Women in Manufacturing (WiM) is a global trade association that promotes and supports women who are pursuing or have chosen a career in manufacturing.

Event attendees from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota included women (and a few men) representing many job functions, ranging from production to executive management. After a tour of the Niles plant, attendees networked and explored topics including manufacturing supply chain, labor/talent, and technology and current Bonnell employees discussed their experiences working for Bonnell in the manufacturing sector.
